Renaissance Acquisition Holdings, LLC, a RoundTable Healthcare Partners portfolio company, and GlaxoSmithKline have entered an agreement giving Renaissance the rights to manufacture, market and sell six GSK dermatology products and three anti-viral products in the U.S. The products will be marketed through Renaissance’s branded division Prestium Pharma.
